Summer of 1963
- Carleton Summer Term attended by a couple dozen incoming (Class of '67) students.
Fall Term 1963
- The Class of 1967 entered Carleton.
- Construction began on the East Gym
- Carleton won the football Goat Trophy
- Folksingers Ian and Sylvia performed in the chapel.
- First Computer Date Night sponsored by the CSA Co-op Board
- JFK assassination at mid-term
Winter Term 1964
- Last seasons of basketball, swimming, wrestling, gymnastics, and synchronized swimming in Sayles Hill
- Cannonball Adderly performed in the chapel
Spring Term 1964
- The West Gym was opened and dedicated.
- Trustees ended requirement that students attend religious services seven times each term. See Reformed Druids of North America
- The Class of 1964 graduated from Carleton.
