(Redirected from Carleton Food Service)
Dining Services is both an administrative department of the college and a branch of Sodexho Campus Services. It operates the both of the dining halls and the Snack Bar, essentially giving it a monopoly over dining at Carleton College.
History
The Carleton Food Service operated college dining halls until 1970, when the college contracted with Saga Education Food Services.
SAGA, as it was known on campus, was purchased by Host Marriott in 1986. Three years later, SAGA was purchased by Sodexho Alliance, a French multi-national.
