The Class of 2006 entered Carleton in September 2002, and it graduated in June 2006.

The Common Reading for the Class of 2006 was All Over but the Shoutin' by Rick Bragg.

Notable members

  • Two members of the Class of 2006, Beth Brinda '06 and Lily Waluconis '06, died while enrolled at Carleton. Brinda died during Winter Term 2003, and Waluconis died during Spring Term 2006. Both were awarded honorary degrees at the Class of 2006 Commencement.
  • R. Kayeen Thomas '06 is the author of Light: Stories of Urban Resurrection.[1]
