Computing support

Computing support at Carleton is provided by ITS and its various branches.

Students

Students receive computing assistance from student workers at the Student Computing Information Center (also known as "The SCIC"). They can be reached at x4040, and are located on the ground floor of the CMC.

Faculty

Faculty receive support from the Academic Computing Coordinators. There is also an "Academic Quickline" at x5999, which is staffed during normal business hours.

Staff

Staff receive support from the Administrative Computing Coordinators. There is also an "Admin Quickline" at x4547, which is staffed during normal business hours.

Alumni

Alumni who experience issues logging in to Caucus, lab computers, or other services can contact Alumni Computing Support, which staffs a toll-free number: 1-800-729-2586. They can also be contacted at alumni-office@acs.carleton.edu.
