Concert Hall
From CarlWiki
Concert Hall refers to a building with a large performance area, capable of accomodating up to 500 people. It is the home to many campus events, ranging from musical performances to DVD Fest. Students interested in reserving the performance space should contact Gao Hong, the Performance Activities Coordinator. [1]
Below the performance area is a lower floor that includes a large rehearsal room, 11 practice rooms, a dance studio, an instrument library, and ensemble rooms. [2] These supplement the practice rooms found in the Music Hall.
The practice rooms form an underground link between the Concert Hall and Arena Theater. As a unit, the two buildings are sometimes called The Music and Drama Center.
Unfortunately, as with Arena Theater and Nourse Little Theater, Concert Hall is not handicap-accessible. (See: Disabilities at Carleton)
