Exit 69 (a cappella)

Exit 69 is a co-ed a cappella group at Carleton, named for the exit on I-35 that leads to Northfield.

One of the largest and most popular groups on campus, Exit 69 is comprised of 14 members (seven male and seven female,) for the 2007-2008 school year. Commonly referred to on campus simply as "Exit," the group performs in concerts both on and off campus, and occasionally with the Carleton Singing Knights or the Accidentals.

Members include Margaret Cremin '08, Alex Barba '09 (also a Knightingale), David Lonoff '09 (also in Nightshade), Don Smith '09, Aaron Kaufman '09, Maia Rodriguez '10, Kat Morriss '10, Jon Fraser '10, Drew Chmabers '10, Jim Avery '10, Charlie Liu '11, Sally Larkins '11 (also in Nightshade), and Molly Nichols '11.

Exit 69 performs a variety of self-arranged music, and is best known for a complex arrangement of the Eurythmics' "Sweet Dreams," a song which is currently sung by sophomore Kat Morriss.
