Hall House is an off-campus house located at 210-212 East First Street. It is an interest house and currently the home of La Casa del Sol.

History

Hall House was purchased by the college in 1922, when it was located a couple hundred feet northwest of its current site (i.e., where Musser Hall is currently). The house was moved in 1928 to its current location. It is named for the Reverend Richard Hall, one of the original members of the college's Board of Trustees and the first board chair. Carleton used the house for faculty/staff apartments until 1973, since which time it has been student housing.
