Late Night Breakfast

Late Night Breakfast is an end-of-term ritual, much like the primal scream. During finals, East Dining Hall is opened for breakfast-style fare, usually consisting of pancakes, hash browns, eggs, and cinnamon rolls or sticky buns. The food is generally served to students by faculty and staff. Various small trinkets and "prizes" are littered about the dining hall, and the event often begins with a mad rush to accumulate the most attractive toys before the crowd snatches them up.

Late Night Breakfast typically draws a very large turnout; the dining hall is usually filled to or beyond capacity. Schiller appearances, streaking, and the like are often staged to take advantage of this large audience.
