The Maastricht Seminar, also called the "Maastricht Program," is a ten-week off-campus program conducted by Carleton professor Al Montero centered around the study of the European Union and the regions contained within. The seminar is based out of the city of Maastricht, in the Netherlands. This city is where the 1992 Treaty on European Union was signed.
