Summary

There film is loosely structured and free of dialogue. It starts with a male student (Matt Kirby '07) taking notes in class, then deciding to un-take those notes (using his pen) and walk backward all the way from Willis Hall to the East Dining Hall, where he sits down with a female acquaintance (User:Nicky Bloom '09) for a leisurely breakfast, including the title milk and cereal. The dining hall provides a large number of things to reverse: A cranberry juice spill, cereal from a dispenser (which appears to vacuum it up), peanut butter which is rolled off of bread, and the bread itself, which is un-sliced back into a full loaf.

The male student then takes a shower (un-lathering himself in the process), only to hit his head and fall down. He then wakes up and does so again.
