A Residetial Computing Consultant (RCC) is a SCIC worker who has volunteered to be a computing consultants for dorms and interest houses that they live close to. Students who need computer help are referred to an RCC when their problem cannot be solved over the phone, and they cannot bring their computer to the SCIC.
