Time period?

The official rules state that iBook check-out began on February 23rd, and that films were due on March 1st. However, was there an official requirement for when filming could begin, as there was in DVD Fest 2005? Or was there an essentially unlimited shooting period? --Trevor Burnham '07 14:07, 22 Mar 2005 (PST)

Time Period

The filming was allowed betweeen February 16th and February 29. The schedule is available at http://2004.dvdfest.org/rules.php#schedule .
