I wish to upload the St. Olaf seal, a low-res version of which I obtained from Wikipedia. Copyright issues? Karl10 17:56, 10 February 2007 (GMT)

  • Any image that's on Wikipedia (and has been OK'd for use there) can be used here as well; Wikipedia only displays images that are public domain or (in this case) fair use. So, go ahead. However, an image distinct from that used on Wikipedia would be stylistically preferable. Be sure to specify the image's source in its description.
