The Complex
This article is about the Burton-Sevy-Davis Complex. There is also a Science Complex consisting of Olin, Mudd, and Hulings.
The Complex, also known as Burton-Sevy-Davis, or sometimes SeBuDa, is a group of residence halls on the west side of the Carleton campus. All of these buildings are connected together, and one can walk between then without going outside. Because Burton Hall has a dining hall in its lower floor, many students are envious of Complex residents during the sub-zero extremes of Winter Term, as the only time they have to go outside is when walking to class.
The Complex consists of the following buildings:
- Burton Hall
- Severance Hall (Sevy)
- Davis Hall
The Complex is also connected to the Sayles-Hill Campus Center through the first floor of Severance Hall, although Sayles is not considered part of the Complex.
