From CarlWiki
Hi Ken. A question about your post to Tenth Week: We still use the phrase "Dead Days," but the article uses the term "Reading Days" because that's what they're officially called, and "Reading Days" is a slightly more commonly-used phrase these days. Are you saying that the official term used by the college used to be "Dead Days"? --Trevor Burnham '07 07:16, 31 Mar 2005 (PST)
Most of us are doing our user page in first-person, because an early decision was made with CarlWiki that while there should be pages by students and non-historical alums, there shouldn't be pages about them. That is, people shouldn't start making pages about each other. Having said that, it's fine to open your user page to contributions by, well, saying so on the page. Michael Moore '06 did this by using a {{stub}} indicator. That's just my suggestion, though. Feel free to style your user page however you want. --Trevor Burnham '07 14:24, 3 Apr 2005 (PDT)
Lingo
Hey Ken, I deleted your article on Jocks because it's really very generic, well-known college lingo, and there's nothing particularly Carletonian about it. Also, I don't want to offend anyone. (In recent years, "jock" seems to have been seen more and more as a politically incorrect term.) But I would be interested to see a more Carleton-focused article on the subject.
In fact, I'd love to see more articles from you in general. I'm trying to publicize CarlWiki more now, and I hope that you'll continue to be as helpful as you've been so far. --Trevor Burnham '07 08:53, 24 March 2006 (PST)

Hi Ken, sorry I didn't notice orientation of the map. Please feel free to post your original picture. I still think it looks better on the right as a thumbnail though.Amrit Tuladhar '07 22:27, 1 February 2007 (GMT)
