Vigilantes

Vigilantes was the name adopted by residents of first Goodhue for their intramural sports teams in 1962-63. Their successes in intramural competition were legendary. Residents of first Goodhue and their girlfriends were regularly identifiable because of the "Vigie" t-shirts and sweatshirts they wore on campus.

The reputation of this virtual fraternity between 1962 and 1965 was not unlike that of "Animal House" (within the Carleton culture, of course).
